Pricing

Monthly retainer, based on scope, volume of work, and level of involvement. Pricing is discussed after an initial conversation.

I have over 10 years of experience working in an international, fully remote environment, covering operations, administration, finance coordination, and people-related processes.

I’m comfortable taking ownership, handling sensitive information, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders, internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Where it adds real value, I proactively bring structure to inefficient or unclear processes and build new ones when operational needs require it.

My focus is on protecting the company’s interests while bringing clarity, reliability, and calm execution — without unnecessary complexity.
